Junior Sales Representative

About the role

You’ll bring OneBrain to companies in Slovenia and the region. You’ll find the teams where AI can make a real difference, show them what it looks like in their own work, and help them start with one valuable task.

What you’ll do

• Find and open conversations with companies that could use AI in their work
• Run discovery calls and demos built around each customer’s real tasks
• Prepare clear proposals and guide companies from first meeting to signed deal
• Work closely with our solutions team on setup and first results
• Keep the pipeline and customer notes up to date

You might thrive if you

• Have some sales or customer-facing experience, or want to start a career in B2B sales
• Can explain a technical product in plain language
• Enjoy building relationships and following through
• Speak Slovenian and English fluently

Nice to have

Experience selling to larger companies, another language from the region such as Croatian, and a genuine interest in AI.
