How does it work?

Once you connect your apps, all generated content such as chat history, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, brochures, images & videos to name a few, gets supported by your OneBrain AI. As you continue to work, the AI assistant continues to gain your additional knowledge base.

Does OneBrain AI makes mistakes?

OneBrain AI operates based on the information it retrieves from workspace apps such as Google Documents, Jira, Notion, and others, rather than through training on specific data. Consequently, if an answer provided by OneBrain AI is incorrect or unavailable, it typically indicates that the respective information in the workspace app platform is not up-to-date or comprehensive. The AI's ability to provide accurate answers is directly dependent on the currentness and completeness of the information within these apps.

Why OneBrain is special ?

OneBrain does not participate in the import or storage of your data, allowing you to continue using your preferred work application while posing questions to OneBrain. It can assist you across a variety of workspace applications, enabling you to navigate your knowledge base and find answers to your inquiries.

What if you’re missing an app I use?

Is OneBrain secure?

OneBrain is not trained with any data, security is a priority for OneBrain. It does not import or store any of your information, and all interactions occur directly with your chosen workspace apps. This ensures that your data remains within the boundaries of your applications' existing security measures. OneBrain strictly adheres to best-practice security protocols to ensure the privacy and integrity of your data at all times.
